terms & conditions

1. The process will only begin once a full upfront payment is made. No refunds after the initial artwork begins.
2. Changes can be made throughout the entire process. However, I won't fix up anything after the finalization. It'll cost an additional +$10 to redo an entire commission.
3. The deadline will be discussed beforehand. It'll take an approximate 1-2 weeks if not more, depending on the complexity.
4. I have the right to decline any commission, as well as maintain rights to an artwork.
5. You have the right to use your commission piece however you'd like but you must always provide credit and you are not to use your piece for commercial use or profit. (e.g., promoting a business or association with a product or service.) All of my commissions are only tailored for personal use. Unauthorized commercial use will result in imposed charges and legal prosecution.
6. If you wish to your use commissioned artwork for business, merchandising, monetization, advertising, and or branding, write me beforehand so we can have an open, formal discussion in regards to issuing a Commercial License. In that way, both parties are secure and have a clear understanding of their respective usage rights. Commercial Licensing can only be purchased through the United States Dollar. If you attempt to purchase a Commercial License using international currency, cryptocurrency, in-game currency or a gift card, your transaction will be denied and ultimately ignored.
